We’re excited to process your order and get it to you as quickly as possible! Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided on the order form. PRICES
We want to keep things transparent and straightforward when it comes to pricing. The prices displayed on our website are always up-to-date and apply unless a promotion is taking place. If we’re running a promotion, we’ll make sure to notify you clearly, and the promotion will apply immediately after being advertised. It’s important to note that all our prices are in UK pounds.
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that currency changes may affect the amount charged on your credit card. We want to make it easy for you to pay for your order. That’s why we accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal for online orders. To ensure a smooth and speedy process, payment must be made in full before products are shipped. DELIVERY
Delivery charge on orders in the UK is from £4.95. Orders to Europe have a delivery charge from £5.50. International delivery charge is from £7. These fees do not apply to wholesale. Orders will be processed within two working days of purchase. It is important to ensure the delivery address given on the order is correct and accurate as we cannot control deliveries that are lost due to an incorrect address.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem regarding the products ordered, please notify us in writing within 21 days after the shipping date. Failure to do so will result in us not being liable for any loss or damage. Once you receive the order, it is your responsibility to store the products as per instruction to ensure the longest possible shelf life and freshness. We take care to ensure our products leave our premises in well-presented condition.
However, if any failure occurs during the delivery process, please contact us. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by unexpected weather conditions, strikes, network system failures, or accidents.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If, for any reason, you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. It’s super easy – just send the unwanted item(s) back to our contact address, unopened and in its original packaging and let us know why you’re returning them in a friendly note. Remember to include your order ID, email address and name so we can quickly locate your order and process any applicable refunds. CANCELLATION BY US
We always strive to deliver your order as promised, but sometimes things can go wrong. In case we don’t have enough stock to fulfill your order or if we are unable to deliver to your area, we may have to cancel your order. But don’t worry, we’ll always notify you via email if this happens. And if we do cancel your order, we’ll make sure to refund any amount charged to your credit card as soon as possible, usually within 5 days.
