WHY mushrooms?

For centuries, nootropic mushrooms have been used for their wellbeing properties. These fungi contain several compounds that may help support is in different ways. Brain function, focus, memory, and so much more. Traditional medicine has long acknowledged the benefits of popular nootropic mushrooms.

Reishi mushroom, also known as “the mushroom of immortality,” was traditionally reserved for royalty. This most loved and respected ‘shroom is believed to have a positive impact on the immune system.

Lion’s Mane mushroom, often referred to as the ‘King of the Jungle,’ this remarkable white mushroom grows on the trunks of trees and is named after a lion’s mane due to its striking resemblance. The mushroom’s unique appearance and nutritional benefits were discovered centuries ago by Buddhist Monks, who used it in traditional medicine. It has been found to contain bioactive compounds and research is showing some really positive data that it may help to support brain and cognitive function.

Cordyceps mushroom was a firm favourite amongst Chinese Emperors dating back to the 15th century. Remarkably, they would use these incredible “shrooms to strengthen the body after exhaustion.

Today, both modern science and wellness enthusiasts are recognizing these mushrooms as superfoods and incorporating them into their daily lives. There is a wealth of information available online about these mushrooms and their potential benenfits.
